This legend originates in a town called Little Ireland, where to this day leprechaun hopefuls are trained under the tutelage of a senior leprechaun to be able to use their magic and hide their own troves of gold across the world. In this town, there is a particular pot of gold from which all other pots’o’gold takes their origin.

Of course, this gold is also notorious for being supremely tempting and prone to drawing thieves and the otherwise avaricious looking to claim it for themselves. Then one day, during an otherwise quiet night, the gold disappeared! The town has been locked down, the nooks and crannies have been searched, but there isn’t a single coin to be seen anywhere.

Nobody has left town since last night, so the culprit must still be here, but who could have done it? Was it the groundskeeper? The nice old lady down the road? The mysterious drifter who wants to leave town as soon as possible? It seems like everybody in town has something to hide, but who among them is hiding the gold?


What happened to the Gold? Somebody knows. How is it linked to that fateful night in Little Ireland? Paddy Day, the senior leprechaun has called in a team of investigators. Can this team discover what happened to the Leprechaun's Gold?

Solving the mystery is fun with clues provided.  Irish Slang is used throughout the story (a helpful dictionary is included) along with a handy suspect list and custom party invitations.
